Online culinary education services, including pre-recorded video courses and live online lessons in Japanese culinary arts, delivered through the Kajabi platform.
Prices
The price of each course or program is displayed on the respective sales page in US Dollars (USD). Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Additional Costs
Internet connection charges required to access the lessons, and any currency conversion or transaction fees charged by your card issuer or bank, are borne by the customer.
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) processed via the Kajabi platform and its payment provider Stripe.
Timing of Payment
Payment is charged at the time of purchase. For subscription or installment plans, payment is charged automatically on each billing date as displayed at checkout.
Delivery of Services
Access to online course content is granted immediately after payment is confirmed, via the account credentials issued through the Kajabi platform. For live or scheduled lessons, the schedule will be communicated by email after enrollment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once access to the course materials has been granted, except where we are unable to deliver a purchased service for reasons attributable to us, in which case a full refund will be issued. Please refer to our Terms of Service for the full refund and cancellation policy. Any inquiries should be sent to info@japanculinaryarts.com.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account page or by contacting us by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
